M. Dumas and Sons is committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided packing slip to ensure accurate processing.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our Charleston warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
